Description

Our outgoing Mohair blend using the Mohair from our very own goats. It is mixed with local Shetland fleeces to produce a soft but strong yarn. It is thin and soft enough to be worn against the skin (as socks or gloves) but strong enough to be used in external garment (jumpers, hats) that will stand the test of time. The yarn has a halo whilst not being too fluffy or itchy.

50% Mohair and 50% Shetland.

A range of colours are available, inspired by the colours of Scotland that are around us every day. We create each individual colour in our own home and only use British made dyes to reduce our carbon footprint.

Double Knit, Scottish yarn, around 196m per 100g. 21 stitches per 10cm with 4mm.
